As part of our customised vacations, we are offering a very special and quite unique for the area, Lease Option Program.
We are starting this program with our own project. Hellas Village, a subsidiary of Hellas Villas, is in the process of building a resort consisting of 15 bungalows/apartments, ranging from 50, 75, and 150 meters square, which are 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. These units will be furnished and rated 3 stars. The resort will include a large infinity pool, tennis court, playground, restaurant and activity center. The Lease Option Program will allow you to easily and affordably finance your own unit for a future purchase.
This is how it works. You choose the unit you want. Then we apply a portion of the rental fees towards your deposit for your future purchase. This deposit will accumulate in two ways.
1. Each time you rent here at Hellas Village a portion of your rental fee will go toward your deposit for purchase.
2. This program includes rental management for your chosen unit so you can make money even when you are not here. You see, whenever your chosen unit is rented by somebody else, a portion of their rental fees actually goes toward your deposit.
We're working out the specifics. The announcement of the plan will be soon. We'll be offering this Lease Option Program during the preconstruction period at a special rate.
